How to remove Windows folder $. ~ BT and $ Windows. ~ WS after Upgrade Win 10

After you update to Windows 10 , you'll notice there are two folders on your C drive called $ Windows. ~ BT and $ Windows. ~ WS . These folders are created by Windows during the update process. The question here is can delete this folder are 2 go not (because they are relatively large capacity, normally $ Windows. ~ BT about heart capacity 800MB and $ Windows. ~ WS has eight 5-6GB capacity)  

normally after performing the update 2 folder will appear in your C drive check show hidden files to view this folder are 2 offline.

Delete this folder are 2 you need to take over the command command ( under admin ) You Right on the button Start (Windows + X) and then select Command Prompt (Admin) Copy and paste the following into press Enter to delete $ Windows folder. ~ BT offline.

takeown /F C:\$Windows.~BT\* /R /A 
icacls C:\$Windows.~BT\*.* /T /grant administrators:F 
rmdir /S /Q C:\$Windows.~BT\

Then copy and paste the following in order to delete the folder  $ Windows. ~ WS  offline.

takeown /F C:\$Windows.~WS\* /R /A 
icacls C:\$Windows.~WS\*.* /T /grant administrators:F 
rmdir /S /Q C:\$Windows.~WS\

If successful. The second you see the success message and image will look like below

If the message appears Access denied , you can restart the computer and run the command again on 1 offline.

If appears the message " The system can not find the specific " means that the folder was deleted.

One the other helps you delete this folder after Windows 10 updates that you use Disk Cleanup , mouse and select Run as administrator .

In the option of Clean Disk option you will see the Previous Windows installation. Check that box and click Yes. As on your machine here, the system will delete blank 22GB. Disk Cleanup will delete Windows.old folder, folder $ Windows. ~ BT but will not delete the folder $ Windows. ~ WS you '.

You should note that once erased 3 folder you will not be able to back up Windows before you've used. Make sure you use Windows 10, then delete only, which reduce both 20-30Gb body.
